Afternoon Snack


Nonfat plain Greek yogurt
Berry flavored Fruit Stix {sweetened w/ Truvia, not artificial sweeteners!}
1/4 cup blackberries


{106 calories, 0g fat, 16g carbs, 2g fiber, 15g protein}

A much better choice than the Reece's Pieces calling screaming my name from the freezer.  I don't always make the right choice when faced with chocolatey food temptations....but I did this time.  That makes me happy!
